Privacy
This site collects the bare minimum: no account, no advertising cookies, no profiling. Here is exactly what is recorded, why, and for how long.
Controller
The controller for this site is luxflowers.lu, reachable at contact@luxflowers.lu or through the contact form.
What we do not do
No registration is required. No audience-measurement, advertising or social-network cookie is placed on your device. Your data is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Contact form
When you write to us, we receive what you enter: your name, your email address, the delivery town if you give it, the subject and your message.
| Purpose | Replying to your request, and that alone |
|---|---|
| Legal basis | Your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) |
| Recipient | contact@luxflowers.lu |
| Retention | As long as needed to handle the exchange, then deleted |
| Transfer | None, unless your request concerns an order that must be passed on to the partner shop |
Server logs
Like any web server, the one hosting this site automatically records technical logs: IP address, date and time of the request, page viewed, browser type. They are used only for security and for the proper running of the site, are not linked to your identity and are not used for any commercial analysis.
Going to the partner shop
The order buttons take you to the website of our partner florist. The link carries an affiliate identifier telling the partner that you come from luxflowers.lu. It contains no data about you: neither your name, nor your address, nor the town you searched for.
Once you are on the partner’s site, its own privacy rules and cookies apply. The information entered to order — delivery address, contact details, payment — is collected by the partner, never by this site.
External resources
The bouquet photographs come from the partner shop’s catalogue and are loaded from its server. The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts (Google). Displaying them technically sends your IP address to these servers, as any image or font on the web does.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may at any time ask for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, or object to it. An email to contact@luxflowers.lu is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.public.lu).
